WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a 3 day handling period before they are sent to our fulfillment company.
- 90% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
- As it is stated on our website we do advise that you should please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping.
- Orders are usually received before this time, but due to high demand on certain products we do say this, so we can allow our suppliers time to fulfill these orders.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
- T-Shirts and apparel items should be received within 2 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
- For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please email support and we will do our best to help you out.
WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
Most tracking will be found using USPS.com. If your order is going to Canada, once your packages crosses the Canadian border, your tracking will be found on CanadaPost.ca and will no longer be found on USPS.com. You will receive an email when your product ships. For all other countries, please email us at Support@AvantgardExchange.com for more information about your order. We are working on integrating our shipping tracking into our website.
